Wolpertinger

Wolpertingers - Monsters the size of houses. The winged body of a rabbit, antlers of an elk. Overgrown fangs protruding from its gaping maw, and open slits in its mouth webbing, revealing even more grotesque fangs. It's eyes are a simple red that fade into a white center. Wolpertingers have from 6-10 orbs embedded on top of their head. They very at birth, but have no discernible purpose. Their skeletons are much stronger than that of most creatures that roam the world. Spikes sprout from it, most commonly at the joints, but also other places. The skeleton is made of an material unknown to man, but would later go on to be discovered to be made of highly compressed Palladium.
They're natural habitat is in north-western of the continental Vetuseria (to later be known as Europe) Most heavily focused on the northern coasts of Belgium and Terrasca (later being the Netherlands), where severe criminals have the head of a Wolpertinger branded on their forehead to show them a social exile. Many of the branded commit suicide, believing it to be less painful than enduring life branded an exile.
